By using Risocast (the website, the Windows app or the Android app) you agree to these terms. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Risocast logs the music you play and shows it on your profile, and helps you find people with similar taste. It is free, offered as it is, and may change, pause or stop. We try hard not to lose your data, but it is a young service.
You need to be at least 13. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account.
Your profile, labels and messages are yours. You let Risocast show them in the app as the app is designed to (your profile and listening are public). Don’t post anything illegal, hateful or harassing, don’t impersonate people, and don’t try to break, scrape or overload the service. We can remove content or accounts that do.
Risocast does not play or host music. Song details and covers come from services such as Spotify, Last.fm, iTunes and Deezer and belong to their owners. If you connect Spotify or Last.fm, their own terms apply too.
To the extent the law allows, Risocast is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data from using it.
You can stop using Risocast at any time; to delete your account, see the privacy policy. If these terms change, the date above changes. Questions: privacy@risocast.com.
